Ranchero Sauce
Soltoro’s blend of tomatoes and jalapeños. We used the flavour of chilli but without the heat to give this sauce a light and tasty flavour. This is the 2nd of our Mother – must have sauces.
Ingredients
Tomato, sugar, chilli, salt, water, garlic.
Cooking Tips
For use primarily with chicken, pork or fish. Great for braising your meats in (add to beef for a nice change), or used for finishing dishes such as fajitas.
